Join us at this vegetarian class where we make a classic Indian meal which you can easily replicate in your own home with or without meat and fish.
At this class we will be making a selection of great dishes and naan bread to go with your meal.
Dishes will include the following:
- Indian Vegetable Dhal
- Chickpea & Vegetable Red Thai Curry
- Naan Bread
- Lavender & Pistachio Pilau Rice
- Potatoes with Tumeric, Chilli and Lime
- Roasted Cauliflower & Carrots with a Coconut Dressing
This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
