Booking Information
Waterman Bistro is an intimate dining space, we can accommodate bookings for up to 10 guests with some timing restrictions and multiple bookings will not be accommodated.
Each booking has a 90-minute dining allocation, as we are designed for guests moving on. This allows us to keep service running smoothly and accomodate all our bookings throughout the day.
We can seat 8-20 guests in one of our beautiful rooms upstairs. There is no room hire fee, only a minimum of 8 guests is required depending on room.
If you’re planning a larger event, we also have stunning spaces available for up to 80 guests. You can find more details under our Events section or contact our team at events@waterman.house.

Booking Terms
At Waterman Bistro we aim to provide excellent service and ensure all our guests have a remarkable dining experience. When reservations are not honoured or cancelled outside our cancellation hours, it affects both our team and other guests who may have hoped for a table.
Our no-show and cancellation policy is in place to maintain the high standards and availability of our restaurant, and we do our best to communicate this policy clearly at the time of booking. a no-show fee of £30 per guest applies if a reservation is cancelled outside of 48 hours’ notice, is missed or arrives with less numbers.
For room bookings there will be a £10 per person non refundable, non transferable depoist requested on booking. This will be deducted from your bill on the day, room bookings arriving with less numbers without 48 hours notice will be charged at full menu price.
Charges are applied without notice and unfortunately, we regret that no refunds will be given.
