Waterman House has been nestled on Hill Streets cobbles streets since the 1800 and started life as a wine and spirits traders, followed by a period as Bushmills Head Office and Bonded Warehouse in Belfast. Now the building pays homage to this as a hospitality destination for exceptional food and drinks from Belfast born chef Niall McKenna and his team.
Waterman is fast becoming Belfast's foremost event and dining venue. Waterman houses six distinct event spaces over, three buildings and two floors. The building has been sympathetically restored into a contemporary and versatile venue.
Waterman is not just a building it's a unique place that gets people talking...... as we can offer you a unique back drop, superb food and drink experience, ensuring your event impresses guests and colleagues alike.
Our food and drink offering supports local producers in the wider Northern Ireland business community and has a series of menus which reflect this; our bread, pasta and ice cream are all made on the premises, with our talented chefs delivering you tasty, quality and award winning dishes.
