If you are intrigued by plant-based cooking and keen to explore the foundations, this practical class will provide you with new ideas, hints and tips and also highlight the health benefits of a plant based cooking.
At this class you will cook the following dishes:
- Indian vegetable and coconut dhal
- Chilli, coriander and lime relish
- Carmelised carrot, beetroot and apple salad
- Chocolate cookie dough balls
This class is designed for everyone, including those who are vegan, vegetarian, who would like new ideas in the kitchen. Are you perhaps thinking of trying Veganuary next year or thinking of adopting a plant based diet once a week?
This class lasts approximately 1.5 hours, with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
