Pasta is not something hard to cook and many of us live on this as a weekly staple, this class however will give you the opportunity to perfect the techniques in making fresh pasta and create the famous shapes of ravioli and tortellini. You will also make simple and tasty dishes to serve up your homemade fresh pasta.
- Saffron, Black Truffle and Trompette Tortellini
- Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli
- Duck Ragu with Pappardelle Pasta
This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a Waterman House Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
