On this practical class our Chef will take you through how to prepare the perfect starter and delicious Ham as part of the perfect Christmas lunch. The chef will give you helpful hints and tips on selecting ingredients and perfecting the extra touches to impress your guests. Christmas cooking can be overwhelming for everyone involved and this class will try to focus on the starters and the ham with a demonstration of a Classic Turkey.
Traditionally we all serve a soup and a starter of prawns and salmon. At this class you will learn to make:
- Scallops with a seaweed butter
- Slow baked Ham
- Demonstration - how to prepare a Classic Turkey dinner
- Individual Christmas Pudding
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy a selection of your dishes along with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
