Join us at Waterman House Cookery School for a guided class of making a souffle and pastry. At this class our chef will guide you through the tips and techniques to make delicious treats including a selection of the following:
- Passionfruit Souffle with Creme Patissiere
- Honey Madeleines
- Individual Tarte Tatin
The class lasts approximately 4 hours on a Saturday, with plenty of time to bake and sit back and enjoy your tasty delights. We also include a Waterman House Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
