Join us at Waterman House Cookery School for a Masterclass in Chocolate. At this class our chef will guide you through the tips and techniques to make delicious treats.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
At this class you will learn how to effectively temper chocolate, learn about the different types of chocolate together with the following amazing recipes:
- White chocolate & raspberry scones with white chocolate sauce
- Whiskey chocolate truffles
- Hot cocoa bomb
- Chocolate fondant
The class lasts approximately 4 hours on a Saturday, with plenty of time to bake and sit back and enjoy your tasty delights. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
