Working with the Belfast Met we train our apprentices to NVQ level 2 which will give you a great grounding on the skills and requirements for a career in the hospitality sector.

We have been operating a Chef Apprenticeship since 2014 and we are keen to recruit 12 apprentices for our chef program and 12 apprentices for our Front of House Programme. The programme is for young people between the ages of 16 and 24.
