At this cookery experience you will be following our simple steps to make the perfect French meringue, which is the foundation of all good macarons.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
Our chef will help you make different fillings for your macaron including a ganache and lemon curd which will give you a great selection to taste. By the end of the class you will be able to create this sweet treat at home.
Once you have made your creations you will get the opportunity to taste your macaron with a glass of bubbles. A perfect afternoon treat!
