At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
Being able to create the basics well, is a skill which we can all learn from and often use in the kitchen.
At this class you will learn how to make:
- Eggs Royale - poached eggs, smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce served on a toasted muffin
- Souffle pancakes with steaky bacon and maple syrup
- White chocolate and raspberry scones
This class lasts approximately 2 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your delights. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
