Allow our chef to guide you through cooking a beautiful curry whilst sampling beers that complement the dishes prepared. This is a practical class where you will learn to work with spices and how to create a great curry dish at home alongside a selection of great side dishes. You will cook the curry from the raw ingredients, making a paste and transforming this into a great main course following the chefs step by step process.
In this class you will make:
- Lamb Kari Madras
- Lavender & Pistachio Pilau Rice
- Potatoes with yoghurt
This will be served with a tasting of 3 great beers paired to the meal.
It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
