Join us at Waterman House Cookery School as we take you through how to recreate classic Mexican dishes at home. Our Chef will show you how to make a selection of dishes from the freshest ingredients, including:
Starter - Scallop Ceviche
Main Course - Green Chilli Braised Beef with sides and a selection of dips, including potatoes, onions, Mexican rice, Guacamole and Salsa
This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. IIt also includes a recipe pack to take home.
