Learn how to make the most of entertaining outside with this evening session on cooking on the BBQ using a selection of delicious meat, fish and vegetables on the Big Green Egg a charcoal BBQ and smoker. This is a great class for first timers or people who would like a little inspiration for their next BBQ.
This class will include a selection of the following:
- Scallops with Seaweed Butter
- Grilled vegetables
- Pork chops with blue cheese and marmalade
- Peri Peri chicken skewers
This class lasts approximately 3 hours, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
