Join us for our new class which explores the world of craft Irish beer matched with great tasting BBQ food.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
At this class you will get to taste 3 amazing craft Irish beers from around the country and the chefs will assist you on making the best ribs, alongside chicken wings and thighs with two marinades, alongside as hot spicy tomato sauce, all cooked on the Big Green Egg.
You will learn how to replicate these dishes at home for family and friends.
This class lasts approximately 2 hours, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a selection of 3 different beers. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
