Allow our chef to guide you through cooking a beautiful curry and side dish.
This is a practical class where you will learn to work with spices and how to create a great curry dish at home alongside a great side dish all in 90 minutes. You will cook the curry from the raw ingredients, making a paste and transforming this into a great main course following the chefs step by step process.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
At this class you will learn how to make:
- Red thai curry paste
- Red thai curry with chicken and prawns
- The perfect Thai Jasmine Rice
- Hot and spicy stir fried cabbage
This class is suitable for all and it also includes a recipe pack to take home.
