We welcome you to the ever popular Steak Class, where our expert Chef will teach you to cook the perfect steak and the accompaniments. We hope the name tells you everything you need to know about this practical cookery class.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
Once our chefs take you through the different cuts of meat, you will get the opportunity to cook your steak to your liking, make the sauces which go with all great steaks. The menu at this class will consist of learning to cook a steak perfectly and making a selection of seasonal sauces, including a Peppercorn, Red wine jus and a Chimichurri sauce.
We will also be cooking classic Pomme Dauphinoise and the perfect roasted vegetables. This class lasts approximately 3 hours, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
