Join at Waterman House Cookery School for a masterclass in Stocks and Sauces. This is a great class to learn the importance of making great sauces, a jus or a gravy to accompany your meal.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
This class will include:
- Vegetable, fish and beef stock
- Onion Gravy
- Red wine jus
- Peppercorn sauce
- Bechamel sauce and more
This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook and enjoy some nibbles along the way. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
