Join at Waterman House Cookery School for a masterclass in Stocks and Sauces. This is a great class to learn the importance of making great sauces, a jus or a gravy to accompany your meal.


This class will include:


- Vegetable, fish and beef stock


- Onion Gravy


- Red wine jus


- Peppercorn sauce


- Bechamel sauce and more


This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook and enjoy some nibbles along the way. It also includes a Waterman House Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
