Join us at Waterman House Cookery School for a 'How to' class on jointing a chicken and how to maximise the use from a whole chicken.

A chicken can provide so much more than a single roast.  At this class you will learn the correct knife skills to joint two whole chickens, what do cook with each joint and how to make the best chicken stock.

You will learn how to make:

- Parmesan risotto using chicken stock

- Chicken red thai curry using the chicken thighs

- Moroccan chicken wings

- Fennel, star anise and salt rub chicken drumsticks

- Oat crusted parmesan chicken breasts with salsa verde

This really is a masterclass in chicken!

You will also be able to sit back and relax and taste your cooking together with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
