Join us at Waterman House Cookery School for a 'How to' class on jointing a chicken and how to maximise the use from a whole chicken.
A chicken can provide so much more than a single roast. At this class you will learn the correct knife skills to joint two whole chickens, what do cook with each joint and how to make the best chicken stock.
You will learn how to make:
- Chicken curry using the chicken thights
- Chicken wings and drumsticks marinated in buffalo sauce
- Mozzarella chicken breast
This really is a masterclass in chicken!
