At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.

Our French Bistro Seasonal Cooking classes will change in each season and our Winter and Spring 2024 classes are now live to book:

Summer - Thursday 1st August 2024 - 6pm-9pm

  • Starter - Seared Tuna Steaks & Nicoise Salad

  • Main Course - Pan-fried chicken paillard with fennel gratin

  • Dessert - Raspberry Souffle

  • Side - Quick French Baguette

Autumn - Thursday 26th September 2024 - 6pm-9pm

  • Starter - French Onion Soup

  • Main Course - Roast pheasant with figs and Lyonnaise Potatoes

  • Dessert - Profiteroles with a chocolate caramel sauce

  • Side - Quick French Baguette

Winter - Thursday 20th February 2025 - 6pm - 9pm

  • Starter - Moules Mariniere

  • Main Course - Coq au Vin with Pomme Puree

  • Dessert - Crème Caramel with Armagnac Prunes

  • Side - Quick French Baguette

Spring - Friday 25th April 2025 - 6pm - 9pm

  • Starter - Coquelles St Jacques

  • Main Course - Navarin of Lamb with Wild Garlic Pistou

  • Dessert - Honey Madeleines with Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Side - Quick French Baguette

This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.

This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
