Our French Bistro Seasonal Cooking classes will change in each season and our Winter and Spring 2024 classes are now live to book:
Winter - Friday 16th February 2024 - 6pm - 9pm
- Starter - Moules Mariniere
- Main Course - Coq au Vin with Pomme Puree
- Dessert - Crème Caramel with Armagnac Prunes
- Side - Quick French Baguette
Spring - Friday 17th May 2024 - 6pm - 9pm
- Starter - Coquelles St Jacques
- Main Course - Navarin of Lamb with Wild Garlic Pistou
- Dessert - Honey Madeleines with Vanilla Ice Cream
- Side - Quick French Baguette
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
