Learn how to prepare and cook different game, from partridge to pheasant, as well as what accompaniments work best. At this class you will enjoy the Game Season. You will gather valuable hints and tips from our chef along the way, and be able to recreate these fantastic seasonal dishes at home for friends and family.
We will take you through how to cook a selection of the following:
- Roast Pheasant with Chestnuts, Honey Parsnips, Carrots & Onions
- Rabbit Ragu with Pappardelle Pasta
- Braised Venison in Red Wine
(Subject to change depending on fresh produce availability)
This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a Waterman House Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
