Our Effortless Entertaining class is a great class for you to learn a restaurant inspired 3 course seasonal meal which you can replicate at home.

Summer - Saturday 2nd July, 9:30am
Sea Salt & Rosemary Focacccia Bread, Crab & Baby Gem Salad, Duck Breast with beetroot & seasonal vegetables and a Chocolate & Hazelnut Crème Brûlée.
Autumn - Saturday 1st October, 9:30am
Crab salad, Focaccia Bread, Duck Breast with Organic Beetroot, Parsnip, Potato and Baked Onion and a Chocolate & Hazenut Creme Brûlée.
Valentines - Saturday 11th February 2023, 9:30am
Seared scallops with chorizo, Surf and Turf, Roasted Vegetables in white wine, Chocolate and Orange Mousse
Easter - Saturday 1st April 2023, 9:30am
Crab and Pea Risotto, Leg of lamb with Mint Jus and Tarte Tatin
This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a Waterman House Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
These classes are suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
