Our Effortless Entertaining class is a great class for you to learn a restaurant inspired 3 course seasonal meal which you can replicate at home.

At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.

This class will change to complement the seasons:

Autumn - Saturday 30th September, 9:30am

Crab salad, Focaccia Bread, Duck Breast with Organic Beetroot, Parsnip, Potato and Baked Onion and a Chocolate & Hazenut Creme Brûlée.

Valentines - Saturday 10th February 2024, 9:30am

Seared scallops with chorizo, Surf and Turf of Lobster Thermidor and Steak, Chimichurri, Roasted Vegetables in white wine, Chocolate and Orange Mousse

Easter - Saturday 23rd March 2024, 9:30am

Crab and Pea Risotto, Focaccia Bread, Roast Leg of Lamb with Mint Jus, White Wine Roasted Vegetables, Tuscan Herb Potatoes and Apple Tarte Tatin

This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
