Join us for a truly unique evening as part of Belfast Whiskey Week, in collaboration with Redbreast Irish Whiskey.

Begin the evening with a canapé and cocktail reception before enjoying a specially curated four-course tasting menu created by Niall McKenna and the team at Waterman.

Each course will be expertly paired with some of the most prestigious and beautifully crafted whiskeys from the Redbreast range. Throughout the evening, Redbreast Whiskey Ambassador Andrew Dickey will guide you through each whiskey, sharing the stories, heritage and craftsmanship behind one of Ireland's most celebrated whiskey brands.
