Enjoy a wonderful evening cooking with your Mum at Waterman House Cookery School.
Learn under the tuition of our chef on how to prepare and cook fantastic a meal to celebrate Mothers Day. Sit down and enjoy your delights afterwards with your Mum at our dining table.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
The menu for the evening will be:
- Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter
– Oat Crusted Parmesan Chicken with Salsa Verde and Herb Roasted Potatoes
– Apple Tart Tatin with Vanilla Ice Cream
This class lasts approximately 3 hours on a weekday evening, including time to sit down and a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
