We all know that we could be healthier with our diets and that we should all eat more pulses and vegetables. This class isn’t just for vegetarians. At this class we will make a selection of dishes which are not just standout main courses but are a great healthy accompaniment to fish and meat. This class is suitable to all, not just vegetarians.
We will cook a selection of the following:
- A seasonal orzo soup
- Chickpeas with tomatoes & harissa,
- Vegetable and lentil red thai curry
- Learn how to make a great vegetable stock.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours, with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
