Join us at Waterman House Cookery School for a guided class of making souffles and macarons. At this class our chef will guide you through the tips and techniques to make delicious treats to make:
- French and Italian meringue macarons
- Chocolate ganache
- Passionfruit souffles
The class lasts approximately 3 hours, with plenty of time to bake and sit back and enjoy your tasty delights. We also include a Waterman House Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
