At this demo, you will get to taste 3 fantastic Irish craft beers from around the country, and the chefs will demonstrate making the best pork ribs, alongside chicken wings and thighs with two marinades, alongside a hot and spicy tomato sauce, all cooked on the Big Green Egg. 

You will learn how to replicate these dishes at home for family and friends.
