Your will learn how to make:
- Raspberry Jam
- Cucumber pickle
- Mango chutney
- Apple and mint jelly
These will be recipes that you can easily replicate in your own home and make changes to, depending on seasonality or your own preferences.
All ingredients and equipment will be provided and you will have lots of delightful jars of produce for you to take home together with your recipe pack and important notes on jam making and other hints and tips.
