Learn how to prepare and cook different game, from partridge to pheasant, as well as what accompaniments work best. At this class you will enjoy the Game Season. You will gather valuable hints and tips from our chef along the way, and be able to recreate these fantastic seasonal dishes at home for friends and family. We will take you through how to cook some of the following, roast pheasant, rabbit ragu, pigeon and slow cooked red wine vension. This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
