At this French Bistro class we will make:
Starter - French Onion Soup with a demonstration of a magic French baguette
Main Course - Duck, Pancetta & Flageolet Bean Cassoulet topped with homemade Gremolata
Dessert - French Apple Tarte Tatin
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. Also included is a Waterman House Cookery School apron and recipe pack to take home.
