The cookery school is a great place to come and participate in one of our interactive classes which range from the day to day cooking of one pot wonders, to firm favourites of Curry from around the world to fun classes such as Sushi and Cocktails. We offer over 40 classes for you to choose from and is designed to suit beginners, as well as advanced cooks, where we share our passion of great Northern Irish produce.

Masterclass in Fish and Shellfish | Aug 20 | 9:30am 

Learn how best to prepare & cook a range of shellfish and fish at this class. A great class for those interested in learning how to cook and serve fish for meal times and dinner parties.

Masterclass in One Pot Wonders | Sept 3 | 9:30am

We all know how busy life is with work, family and social activities, that’s why this class is designed to pull together a meal which any chef would be proud to serve to guests for that mid-week dinner.  

Souffles and Macarons | Aug 24 | 6:00pm

At this class our chef will guide you through the tips & techniques to make delicious treats to make: French macarons, classic souffles and chocolate ganache.
