Persian Cooking with Atoosa Sepehr

We are excited to announce a special Persian cooking class with Atoosa Sepehr.

Atoosa Sepehr is a food author and qualified nutritionist who grew up in both Italy and Iran before relocating to the UK in 2007. Her first book 'From a Persian kitchen' was published by Little Brown Publishing in 2018 and was included in the Irish Times top five cookbooks for 2018. In teaching Persian cooking Atoosa draws on recipes from her book, which were directly handed down to her from her mother and grandmother. Her passion for authentic Persian cooking motivates her desire to share this wonderful cuisine with a larger audience. 

For our Persian cookery class, Atoosa has chosen the following traditional recipes:

  • Starter - Feta, bread, and herb platter
  • Main Course - Saffron & Yoghurt rice with chicken served with Shirazi salad
  • Dessert - Dates with walnuts

This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
