- Potato, parsley and thyme soup with chorizo and parsley pesto served with Soda focaccia with red onions, olives and rosemary.
- Pan-fried chicken paillarde with rocket and roasted tomatoes, garlic aioli and crispy sautéed potatoes with rosemary.
- Almond tartlets with Autumn raspberries and mint cream.
