Rising Belfast talent Diarmuid Goodwin returns home to Waterman House on Saturday 9th November, teaming up with Waterman, Diarmuid will take over cooking in the 'Big Room' offering snacks and small plates using local ingredients. 

Chef Diarmuid started his career on Hill Street working for Nick Price at Nick's Warehouse and has since been popping up all over London, working for Angela Hartnett for seven years, first at Cafe Murano, followed by a stint at Bruno Loubet's Grain Store and then returning as sous chef at Cafe Murano. Diarmuid then went on to become senior sous chef at Trullo and most recently headed up the kitchen at Sager & Wilde. 

Tickets are priced at £10 per person with a drink on arrival. 

Food priced per plate along with good wines, local beers and seasonal cocktails. 

From 4pm to late.
